How to make blackberry pie
First of all, blend the blackberries, after having set some aside for decoration.
Work the butter with the sugar until you get a cream, then add the egg whites first and then the blended and mix blackberries.
Finally, stir in the sifted flour and yeast.
Pour the mixture into the mold lined with parchment paper and cook for about 30 minutes in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C.
