• 4 eggs

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Mix the sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and put them on the fire and let them boil for 3 minutes. Then let them cool. We mix the flour with the baking powder. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and then add the yolks one by one, mixing after each one. Add the butter mixture and mix well. Add the flour and then mix and pour into the pan (I poured in the shape of a heart and in the middle I added some heart shapes). Put in the preheated oven until it passes the toothpick test. Let cool in the pan, add melted chocolate with butter. I also added some cherries from the compote
