These apple flans are a spoon dessert that my mom and I improvised the other night for after dinner.This apple flan recipe is quick and easy (takes 5 minutes) and the delicacy of the cream together with the apples makes this cake really amazing. What can I say ... if you have guests suddenly, if you want to prepare a dessert on the fly or simply if you want to start sweet on Monday ... this recipe for apple flans is ideal: P
How to make apple flan
In a bowl, whip the eggs and yolk together with 120 g of sugar until a frothy mixture is obtained
Add the vanilla and milk and whipped cream.
Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. Arrange the slices of apple arranged in a radial pattern in 4 ovenproof dishes.
Pour the egg cream over the apples and bake at 200 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the apple flan with the remaining sugar and brown under the oven grill for a few minutes.
Allow the apple flans to cool for a few minutes before serving
